PLG Meet for the first time.

On Monday this week we had the opportunity to meet in our PLG team for the first time and discuss the beginning of our inquiry focus. This time began with some initial uncertainty about where we would be led . What eventuated from the session was insight into what our colleagues were focusing on in different areas of the school and a sense of commonality, in relation to our over aching goals. This left me with a good sense of how working together in this way we will be able to guide and support each other in ways that will benefit us personally as well as the children we teach and our new school.
